Question: I am representing a developer/owner of a new subdivision wherein we have listed all the available lots (land only) for sale. There will be a property owners association in place. Will I need the Addendum For Property Subject to Mandatory Membership In A Property Owners Association for each initial sale from developer/owner to new buyer? Not sure if this is just for resale properties or all that are in a POA or HOA, since it mentions a resale certificate. I’m assuming I will need it.
