Is it correct that if one party is represented by a lawyer when the contract is draw up, the other party on the contract must also be represented? Follow up to that. If a contract is drawn up and neither party had legal representation (as in a lawyer reviewing the contract and advising), but later brings in a lawyer to review and advise, must the other party also have legal representation? Hopefully my questions are clear 😬
