I listed a lot on a private road. Neighbors insist that I do not advertise lot address online or allow unescorted buyers access. Seller wants full advertising online etc. Does seller have a right to post address publicly and can anyone drive on private road to access lot? Deed restrictions allow real estate sign. No direction on allowing address posting. I can remove syndication but I don't think I can remove address from mls. Zillow being a broker means it's going on their site anyways correct? Also is changing map pin to my office address allowed or misleading? Thoughts? Suggestions? Best answer gets a $25 bucks.
