A couple questions: 1. Is there a place on a commercial and/or residential contract for the earnest money to be non-refundable? All I know to do is to put it in special provisions. 2. Are you required to add a buyer agent to a contract if the buyer decides he wants one the last 15 days of a 4 month contract? Do I need to do an amendment or can they even be added to an existing contract. Thanks for your help!!
