I would love some information from any of my fellow real estate agents out there about why someone would make such an issue about checking box 7 on an amendment at 3 o’clock when option period expires at 5 PM the same day. And the agent actually referred to that the seller understood how important the box was because of something to do with something they were doing on an active contingent property in the same transaction and her clients knew how important checking that box was? That was her comment.
