Non-MLS agents question. I have a listing that I have shown twice to prospective buyers, for an agent who is outside of the MLS. The agent apparently lives a couple hours away and doesn’t want to drive that far to show the property. I asked the agent if she was in the MLS and she replied no, however, her broker is. If I have “Non-MLS” agents in the listing agreement as a lesser percentage, would this apply to this agent? Or does the fact that her broker is in the MLS qualify her for the, “MLS agent” percentage?
