Client Communication Plan: We must be intentional with our communication, which means we must have a communication plan. When meeting with a client, we must discuss how that client prefers to be communicated with. Not only timelines and communication channels, but what information do they find valuable? What is valuable to them when you are in the middle of a deal, and what information is valuable to them after the deal? It is not just about staying in front of your client. If your "staying in front of them" does not provide them value, you will become a pest. Have this intentional communication talk with your client, and be sure to LISTEN. This process will be a good start in galvanizing your relationship with that client and increasing the value the client brings to your business.
