Advice please! I have sellers who are getting divorced. We are definitely waiting until the divorce is final before I help them purchase their new separate homes. But what is y’all’s advice on selling the current home? Is it better to sell while they’re still married, after the divorce is final, or it doesn’t matter? Would we be OK to list it during the divorce process even if that means we may close after the divorce is final? Or would that complicate everything?
