Paragraph 6E (1) Abstract or Title Policy - TREC wants to ensure that the buyer has been properly advised about Abstract OR Title Insurance. If agents fail to provide this advice that could mean a suspension of your license and unwanted liability for the agent and broker if title issues surface AFTER the buyer purchases the property.
